Drupal Upgrade to 6.9 requires the MySQL Data Base be 5.0 or later version. You may have trouble with Unicode Nepali Fonts. If you see ?? codes, then reset the DB by the following command:

ALTER DATABASE [database name] DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;

To make it sure, it is better to run it at the beginning of the PHP import dB command and also at the end.
